Confirmation
The official confirmation of registration will be sent to the participant by email after the ticket purchase has been completed. An invoice for those who pay by third parties will be sent to you automatically within the next few weeks to your e-mailadress.  There is no need for you to request it.

Cancellation of participation

(written request by email required to infopce2026.com) 

Registered participants who are unable to attend and have to cancel their registration, have to pay 

  • 25% of the amount by cancelling before 31 Dec 2025 
  • 50% of the amount by cancelling before 31 March 2026 
  • 75% of the amount by cancelling before 31 May 2026 
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after 1.June 2026.  

 All refunds will be processed after the conference.
